Bought a Single Family home in 2020 in Midlothian, VA. – We were first time home buyers in a new area with very little homebuying knowledge. Cindy came highly recommended by our financial advisor—and we wouldn’t have wanted to go through this process with anyone else. She was not only a steady, patient, savvy, honest, and knowledgeable guide from day one but also a comfortable presence that was not afraid to give experiential insight and still somehow managed to never asserted opinions or pressure. She was timely with responses and was skilled at breaking down the house buying process and terms in digestible nuggets. We were not the easiest people to work with; saw many houses and kept on changing our search criteria but she remained a patient advocate that pivoted with us at every turn. Once we found the house she proved to be invaluable with local connections for home repairs. Apparently she’s “got a guy” for everything. We enjoyed working with Cindy and are so grateful for her obvious strong work ethic and creative problem solving skills (especially amidst the process changes that surfaced with Covid-19).
